Episode #122: The Best Way to Buy Low is to Steal - with Sean Fedorko

#BLM

It's Marty, Jake, and Brent, joined in studio by Sean Federko, the head of Erie's Co-Working Space, Radius.

He tells the story of how he came back to Erie after working elsewhere, realized Erie was missing a co-working space, and after a false start at another endeavor, he started up Radius.

Jake and Sean nerd out about Tesla (not the car)

Sean talks of the struggles of trying to recruit potential members to Radius, and how they are looking for passionate creators, and not just grabbing people who need a desk, and what roadblocks have come up for him and what the benefits are of co-working!

Sean talks about how Erie was not lacking resources, Erie was lacking confidence. Brent ties this in to the start of Idiotville and why we love Erie.

Sean talks up the benefits of Radius and how they're a great source for logistics and networking.
Radius is more of a community centered co-working space, and the Pandemic did not affect it as it has the more corporate co-working spaces.

How has it been putting people into the same space who have different beliefs politically or socially? Any issues?

Sean leaves us with his pitch for Radius Co-Work
