Marty and Brent are in the studio this week (Jake & Dill both had personal obligations, and they're devastated to miss this one)
Brent starts the show lamenting the death of Taco Bell's greatest creation, the Quesarito, but is soon roused from his stupor by the crackling of a bag of nachos to be provided by Erie's Conquistador of Tacos, Chris Kaye, owner/operator of Atacolypse Food Truck!
We've been trying for a long time to get Chris on the show to talk to us and life keeps getting in the way, until this week...
While Brent and Marty stuff their faces and drink beer, Chris tells some great stories about how he got started, his friendly rivalry with other local food trucks, why he's doing what he's doing, plus a variety of other subjects, including what COVID-19 has done to his business, how he's adapted, and how he will move forward.
